FALA is a public school, which means our funding comes from the state of Arizona. Our funding is predicated on enrollment and attendance, which is why we are sticklers for having our students show up daily and on time.
Through a complex formula, the state determines our annual funding, which we receive in monthly installments. Our aims are larger than our funding. We hold our bar high. We seek to have the most current technology and software, books and materials to satisfy the intellectual curiosity of every student in every discipline, a facility that would provide the space for exploration, performance, showcasing who we are and what we are capable of. We dream big and we seek the generosity of those who can donate to help us achieve our dreams.
To help fund projects and ambitions that exceed the Department of Education’s ideas of adequate funding, we ask for donations of time, talent and money. If you can give, we thank you for supporting the next generation of critical thinkers, active citizens, artists, scientists and young people with wide open futures.
