FALA’s monthly board meeting will be held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015 in room 1. The December 2015 agenda is below:
NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF FLAGSTAFF ARTS & LEADERSHIP ACADEMY, INC.
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Board of Trustees of Flagstaff Arts & Leadership Academy, Inc. and to the general public that the board will hold a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Flagstaff Arts & Leadership Academy, Inc., rm. #1, 3401 N. Ft. Valley Road, Flagstaff, AZ , at 4 p.m. Members of the board may appear in person or via Skype or speakerphone.
Our mission is to provide a transformative educational experience by developing leadership and cultivating academic excellence in the arts, sciences, and humanities. The individual growth of each student is supported and animated through our nurturing educational community.Â

- Introduction of potential new board member Alicia Krzyczkowski and vote for board membership
- Finance committee report: discussion of financial statements for November 2015, change of banks, salary schedule committee
- Approval of November 2015 financials
- Executive Director report: sick leave/personal days, policy alignment needs, snow policy changes
- Dean of Academy report
- Setting of board meeting dates
- Other business
- The board may decide to go into Executive Session to address legal or personnel issues.
