This week is Teacher Appreciation week!
Here's a spotlight on Anna Bekerman, Spanish!
I love teaching at FALA because it's a place where each student and teacher's passions have room to grow and to be recognized. We can do this because of our small class sizes, our ability to collaborate across disciplines, our art-filled campus, and our supportive community. As a Spanish teacher, I love introducing students to new music, food, art, and stories from other parts of the world, and to help students build their ability to express themselves in a new language.
I also love co-sponsoring cooking club!
A few things about me: I love to cook, travel, and to bike around town.
