Flagstaff Arts & Leadership Academy welcomes your support of student enrichment through tax credit-eligible contributions. In accordance with A.R.S. § 43-1089.01, we are required to inform you of the following:

• Tax credit contributions may not be designated for the benefit of a specific student.
• Participation in extracurricular activities may not be conditioned upon a contribution.

The student name collected is for internal tracking only and does not constitute a designation of funds to an individual student. If you choose to apply your payment as a tax credit donation:

• Your non-refundable contribution will be used to support the extracurricular activity as a whole.
• You will receive a receipt for tax purposes upon completion.
