Public Notice – FY2018/FY2019 Teacher Salaries

In accordance with A.R.S. Section 15-189.05 (Laws 2018, Ch. 285, Section 3), Flagstaff Arts & Leadership Academy hereby reports teacher salaries for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 school years as follows:

• Our average base teacher salary in 2017-18 was $42,566.
• Our average base teacher salary as budgeted for 2018-19 is $44,634.
• This reflects an average increase of $2,068 (4.9%).

In addition to teacher increases, FALA increased salaries for non-teaching staff.  Non-teaching staff  are receiving raises of up to 3.5%.
