For Arizona Public School Tax Credit Donations

Thank you for your interest in contributing to additional educational opportunities our students can experience through extracurricular activities, character education, college and career readiness, and CPR instruction.

The Arizona Department of Revenue has provided an informational brochure (PDF) for taxpayers or you can view additional information on their website. All situations are different; to confirm that you are eligible for this credit, please consult your tax advisor.

Individual - $200 maximum

Married Filing Jointly - $400 maximum

Note: As an individual taxpayer, your maximum tax credit donation is $200.

Note: As a married couple filing jointly, your maximum tax credit donation is $400.

Donation Designation

How would you like your tax credit to affect FALA? You may choose more than one designation. Please give a breakdown of funds for each designation chosen.

Extracurricular activities - School sponsored activities for enrolled students that supplement the schools education program, like add Service and experiential learning trips and student clubs.

Character Education - New Project-Based Learning (PBL) Program Targeting the United Nations 17 Global Sustainability Development Goals, MS Llama/ Leadership Curriculum Development.

Standardized Testing and Fees - PSAT, SAT, ACT, Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate Diploma tests and other similar tests.

Clubs, academic competitions or other comparable extracurricular programs.

Music, band, choir, fine arts or performing arts.
