MS Students – Join Heart and Sole!
Hi Middle Schoolers! We will be starting up Heart & Sole next week at FALA. Heart & Sole is a curriculum based social and emotional learning program, where students learn in community how to resolve conflict, lean into our emotions, and practice life skills. Heart & Sole is open to students who identify as female, nonbinary, or gender expansive.
When: Tues/Thurs 3:30-5:0
How: 1.5 hour bi-weekly meetings, with a 5K event at Buffalo Park on November 5
Why: YOU ARE WORTH IT!
Who: Sun & Ms. Angerbauer will be head coaches!!
