Hello, I am Cedar! I’m a Flagstaff local, here since day one, and a social worker through and through.

As I enter the second year of my Master of Social Work program, I am thrilled to work with the students of FALA! Having graduated from Northern Arizona University with my bachelor’s degree in 2022, I have spent the past several years working in community behavioral health with countless different populations as a behavioral health technician, case manager, crisis specialist, and more. Though I have loved these many unique roles, I have always known I wanted to work more closely with young adults as they navigate some of the most difficult years of their lives. I would not be who I am today without many of the teachers and educational staff that I interacted with during middle school and high school, and my dream is to return the favor by forwarding their kindness on to the next generation.

When I’m not studying or working, I love to make art, bake, and spend time outside. I also love poetry, open-toed shoes, and random acts of kindness. I can’t wait to form meaningful connections with the FALA staff, students, and parents alike as we traverse the ‘25-26 school year!
