Hi everyone! This is my first year as a math faculty at FALA and am excited to be a part of this amazing school and community. I have been a math teacher in the school system for 2 years and I have taught music ever since I was in High School. I practiced music for the same amount of time you spend playing video games and got into The Juilliard School of Music where I studied European Classical and American Jazz music. I left after a year and a half and decided to apply to Rutgers University where I eventually graduated with a BA in Physics.

I am fascinated by the beauty and mystery of Mathematics and Physics and think there is something about it very fundamental to the natural world we all live in. I have participated in a PhD Program at NAU in Informatics and Machine Learning, but decided teaching is where it’s at for me. And performing music too…

When I’m not in the classroom, or scoring your exams, you can find me playing drums, producing music, or perhaps even DJing a local establishment in your town! I love learning languages, recipes, and adventuring.
